Fax Pro module document size limitations?

I am attempting to fax a 4.5MB PDF document through the UCP. After adding the document I get the message “You are currently working in offline mode.” on the top UCP message bar and the upload never shows up. The uploading bar turns green and says “uploading” but I never get the file to upload.

Smaller files seem to work fine. Is there a limitation?

I encourage you to file a bug report on this. PHP usually has a limit of 2mb.
