End Point Manger - Basefile changes not saving and deleting entries

I’m trying to edit the basefile for my grand stream FXS boxes.
If I open the un-edited base file i can see the parameters i want to change i.e. P207
So i click on P207
i enter the value i need
and i submit.

It takes me back to the base file but the P207 value is now missing from the list. If i look at the cfg file in the tftpboot directory i see the same thing in that file. This occurs with any parameter / value i try and edit.

I just updated to the most recent version of EPM. 2.11.0.2
