Employees with similar first names in phone tree directory

Hello,

I have two employees named Jaime and Kaitlin. They both have there own phones and ext. When someone dials into the phone tree and uses corresponding numbers on the phone to dial the persons name it sends Jaime’s calls to Kaitlin. Is there a way to extend the search parameters to 4 digits of there name instead of three, or use last name instead?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I thought if it found more than one match it presented them to you in a numbered list and allowed you to select the number to dial the specific extension.
