Create extension from URL

Hi,
I have freepbx 12 and we need the ability to create extensions from our CRM
I found 2 scripts but non of them is working properly:

Need to add extensions outside of GUI

That page is extremely old. You could have completely messed up you install by running that blindly. Which is what you did.
