CDR recording is only playing part of sound

for some reason, cdr is playing only the first 25 seconds of the call rec
when I download rec it is a full 11 min
why it may happen?

This is the first time I hear about such settings:
can you please advise:
1-settings for any duration limitations
2-adjust buffering settings

@satskiy That user is using AI to generate responses which tends to hallucinate/make up information. I have warned them previously and silenced them, which I have just done again. Do not assume anything in their response is valid.
