Hi.
I have a few inbound routes (DDI, and main number).
I have set up ‘call flow control’ (with BLF red/green), and I can use this button on one of the routes, but I want this button to divert all of the routes at the same time (to a virtual extension that has follow-me set to an external number).
Basically I want a ‘fwd_all’ button on every phone, that just diverts all routes to the owner’s mobile number.
Any suggestions?
