Zulu V3 Call on hold issue

Hello Guys

We are testing zulu to implement to our client. Everything works well so far, but we ran in to a strange call hold issue on zulu desktop client.

  1. We originate a call to an external number from zulu desktop client once that number answered, press the call hold button and call is on hold and that external number can hear the music on hold but again press hold button to unhold the call it doesn’t working, call is keep on holding, we can’t retrieve the call back,

Zulu outgoing call popup comes green but music on hold won’t stop

  1. Between internal extension it is working using zulu client

  2. But it also work for incoming calls that coming from external numbers using zulu client (The same number we tried for outgoing)

  3. I also tried registering Pjsip extension on other soft phone client hold function is properly working

This is only happens for outgoing for external numbers via zulu client

Please note that there are no audio issues for external numbers, perfectly can hear the both parties, no calls dropouts after 30 seconds
