Brand new install, 20 user pack of Zulu. Port 8002 wide open. When I login I keep getting Unknown Error. I don’t see any attempts in the freepbx where my zulu user is trying to log in. I’ve turned off fail2ban and still keep getting the unknown error. Is there a different logfile I can check?

if you want to learn as well ask for a recap of steps taken when the ticket is resolved if it doesnt already contain it
/var/log/asterisk/zulu_out.log is helpful
so is making sure the service is running with fwconsole pm2 --list
