Zulu - Stun Server ports open?

I’m trying to diagnose no audio on a new zulu install of 20 users. Audio is fine for local but remote users have no audio. I’m thinking I need to use a stun server. Do I need port 3478 open for a stun server to function?

Hello @mvogel4949 you should open those ports for UDP and TCP, correct.
