Zulu mobile doesn't work

Trying to get zulu to work from a 4g tmobile tablet. Desktop client seems to work fine. The app shows the account is registered, account is ready. But I can’t make calls, I dial a number and it says you are calling for 10 seconds or so then goes back to the dialpad. Here is the log files from the debug.

Part of the problem was i was dialing 9 for outside line and that’s not needed. Now it says Calling, the call goes through, but there is no audio , and the app turns red and says Connectivity Issues.

Did you open the necessary ports?

Ports 5060, 8001, 8002, 8003 ,82 84 are open and udp 10-20k as well. Remote desk phones work fine. I have loggin turned on in firewall and I’m not seeing any blocks to the phone system.

Please use commercial module support for this.

When making a call through zulu mobile android app, the call rings through and the other party can answer, but there is no audio and the App turns red and says Connectivity issues. Remote phones work fine. Ports 5060 and 8001, 8002, and 8003 are open in the firewall. I disabled the firewall on entirely to test with same results. Here are the debug logs.

The only way I have been able to get this to work since the Android 9 Update is by installing OpenVPN and making a VPN connection to my PBX. Otherwise I get connection issues also. It worked fine until the Android Update. I tested this on two different devices one was still on Android 8 and it worked right up until it upgrade to 9.

I have the same problem u have on a pbxact 300 system. I portforwarded 8002 to my pbx but i have no audio and the app says it has connectivity issiues.

Where can i find the log files for the zulu server so i can debug. With or without stun doesnt help for me.

You need to add an IPV6 address to your server. Tmobile’s LTE only runs over IPV6.
