Zulu Mobile App Keeps Ringing after answered call

I’m running Zulu 14.0.58.0 with a mobile client ios 1.0.7.408. When a call is answered on the desk phone the mobile app keeps ringing for 20-25s. This often results in the mobile app user picking up a call that really isn’t at the phone.

I’ve included the logfiles of two calls. In the first call the mobile app stops ringing. In the second call the mobile app keeps ringing. It appears in the first call the system sends out a callCanceled push notification because it was answered. This does not seem to happen in the second call

Hi @mvogel4949
You did not tell us which Sip driver using on your Extension Chan_SIP or PJ_Sip .

If you are using Chan_Sip my suggestion pls create PJ_Sip test extension and the try to reproduce same again case.

Thanks.

Would you recommend taking one of my standard SIP extensions that is in use and convert it to PJSIP driver? That would be easier for testing. Not sure how stable the Convert to PJSIP driver option is for each extension as I’ve not used it before.

Worked good when I did it on my little test machine at the house.
