select the first extension on hold from the drop down
Then, one of the extensions will always remain on Hold.
Pressing the Pause/Hold button for that extension brings that caller on, but the other Merged Extension is then on Hold. Can’t seem to get everyone live on the same call.
Have also created a new Conference Room in Zulu in case that may have been needed. No difference in Merge function results.
Zulu extensions are running v3.4.1+192
Zulu Server is running v14.0.58.3, and the PBX was rebooted after the upgrade to this version.
Thanks for any ideas on what else to try, we’d certainly like to make use of this feature.
I have Zulu desktop set to auto-update, and, running the Updates Module for Zulu Server shows this version being the current version and up to date. The built-in updaters are offering no later version for either Desktop or Server.
Is there another link or method for installing the suggested server version?
I generally use the built-in upgrade utilities to reduce any chance of borking a live system. Particularly now, while we have a higher remote user presence.
If ALPHA is the only Desktop version that might let Merge work we may just wait until it is released as STABLE. Any timeline on that?
In the latest stable version of Zulu Desktop should work too.
But you will need to have the edge release (14.0.58.7) on the server side in order to have this feature working, as it’s not working in the stable version.
About the timeline, it might take some time until we get enough feedback and we fix potential bugs we might find. When we have some estimated date I will update the post.
