Zulu MacOS - no audio

Hi

I have installed Zulu and set it up and it can connect to the PBX fine.

If I make a call from or two the zulu soft phone on I can not hear any audio at either end.

I have tested with all firewalls turned off but still no joy.

Anyone got any ideas?

(My normal desk phones work fine on the same network)

I have fixed zero way audio on Zulu calls by setting a STUN server in Settings, Asterisk SIP Settings.

Thanks for the tip I will try this tomorrow.

I’ve not come across STUN before, does it have any downsides?

If the STUN server stops responding, sip can stop working.
