Zulu Desktop - no incoming call notification

Zulu Client: v3.5.2+215
Zulu Server: 15.0.58.9
PBX: v15.0.17.12

I have Zulu installed and running. Desktop clients on both Mac & Windows clients for two separate extensions. Mobile clients on both iOS and Android. Extensions are configured as PJSIP.

Outgoing calls - no issues

Incoming calls - mobile apps on both iOS & Android work fine and will notify of incoming calls normally. Desktop apps, however, on both Mac & Windows, are not ringing or notifying of incoming calls. Both apps will show missed call after it finishes ringing, but never show a ringing notification.

This happens on both extension to extension dialing and dialing the DID from outside the system.

Any ideas on what to look at to fix this?
