Zulu call notification not working on windows 10

We have Zulu on a Windows 7 computer and a couple Windows 10 computers. On the Windows 7 computer, the new call notification works every time, but we can’t get it to work on Windows 10. I have played with Windows 10 notification settings and can’t seem to get it to work. Is this a known issue? Or am I doing it wrong?

If this is Zulu 2 then notifications will no longer work on Windows 10. There was a WINDOWS update that broke them. This is resolved in 3.
