Zulu call hangup issue

HI everyone…Ok i have an issue…
I am running the latest and greatest FREEPBX SERVER WITH ALL MODUELS UPDATED

I am testing out zulu UC for our company…so I have set up zulu for two users…I can log in without issue… Finally got call pop up to work… so currently the USERs have a Desktop, Zulu and user control panel set up…

when a call comes in they get a call pop on their computer from zulu and from UCP…

UCP call popup shows the proper Caller ID “its being pulled from google account through CID SUPER FECTA”)

ZULU shows caller ID as UNKnown… as I have found out it only pulls the contact info from freepbx contact manager and I would like for it to pull them from google acount

another issue I have is when the call come in… I get a popup from Zulu on computer…I can accept or reject the call… If i accept it, everything works like its supposed to…
when I click reject the call is only rejected on the ZULU application…
the call still keeps ringing on UCP and the deskphone…

so i have to reject the call on ZULU, UCP, AND deskphone before call is rejected…

am i missing something ?? thanks for your input

the team is already aware of caller id issues and ill be sure to pass this along

can you let us know what versions are you running… both client and server

my Zulu module is 14.0.56.16
and zulu ap is : v3.2.3+20
