Zulu 3 Error Fetching Contacts

Error in Zulu Client after connection says Error fetching contacts.
This occurred after upgrade from 14.0.3. This shows up on clients connecting from the local lan and remote.

Zulu Client 3.1.0+7
Zulu Server 14.0.4.6
Freepbx 14.0.3.6
Asterisk 13.21.1

You need to upgrade the Presencestate module.

OK, Prereq for that is Upgrading Freepbx Version to 14.0.3.16 or higher. I am currently at 14.0.3.6
I will update this evening after business hours as to not disrupt phone calls

Just as an aside on this, I updated the Zulu module last night. It had a dependency for User Manager to also be updated. If Presence state caused this issue maybe that should be included as a dependency as well.

Presence state is currently at 14.0.1.5
update avail to 14.0.1.7
