Zulu 3 Client not receiving call notifications

Hi all,

I’ve been struggling with making Zulu 3 client work on my Windows 10 desktop.

I installed the latest Zulu Server and Zulu 3 client, setup a PJSIP extension and configured everything according to the documentation I found on the Wiki. I’m able to make calls from my zulu client to other extensions but not to external numbers and I’m not able to receive any incoming call notifications on my zulu client.

I see this in the zulu server log:
OUT > 2019-08-19 16:11 +00:00: [2019-8-19 16:11:48.822] [INFO] console - Sending call push notification to 110
OUT > 2019-08-19 16:12 +00:00: [2019-8-19 16:12:02.475] [INFO] console - Sending callCanceled push notification to 110
OUT > 2019-08-19 16:12 +00:00: [2019-8-19 16:12:02.718] [INFO] console - Sending missedCall push notification to 110

Then as soon as I hangup from the the other extension I see the miscall in the zulu client.

This is my system:

  • Zulu: v3.2.3+20 © Sangoma
  • PBX: v14.0.13.4 © Sangoma
  • zulu server: 14.0.56.16

I don’t know what else to try. Thanks in advance.

hit ctrl-l with the zulu client window focused and get a client side log for its perspective

additionally if you’ve licensed zulu you are eligible to open a commercial module ticket with the info and we can investigate
