Something seems to be wrong with the presentation of the call history. Instead of the caller ID and the caller name, only the name of the trunk is displayed via which the calls were made.
What can this be?
I’m also having this issue. Unanswered calls show the correct CID, but if a call is made over the trunk and it’s answered the history shows the trunk name rather than the dialed CID
We fixed a bug in 14.0.57.10/15.0.57.10 where callerid shows up incorrectly if the trunk name is a number (e.g. 123456789).
If that’s the case, you can try either upgrading Zulu Server or renaming your trunk to see if that fixes things. If that doesn’t help, please open a commercial support ticket and we’ll see what we can do.
Yep, this particular trunk does have a number (SIP provider username) for the name field.
Renaming the trunk has seemed to resolve the issue.
