Zoho CRM Question

I have the Zoho CRM module connected but data does not seem to be flowing into the CRM. I can’t seem to find any logfiles specifically for the crm module. Screen pops through Zulu is working so I am connected to the CRM database. Where would be the best place to look for possible errors?

There is a CRM log file,

/var/log/asterisk/sangomacrm.log

I am unable to find the sangomacrm.log file in the /var/log/asterisk directory. I was missing the User Man step where you connect a user to a CRM user so I made those assignments. Perhaps that will start to generate the sangomacrm.log file. Thank you!

Still no sangomacrm.log file. Looking through the full logs I can see it is trying to send call info using the crm api. Could the sangomacrm.log file be elsewhere?

Please enable the CRM logging from the Advanced Setting-> Sangoma CRM category. After that you should be able to see “/var/log/asterisk/sangomacrm.log”.
