I need to move my deployment ID to a new system due to HD failure. I’ll first take it to the cloud and then bring it back to a premise system. This will require 2 moves which I believe is the max. Is there a way to check if I have already moved the ID once before? I don’t want to move it to the cloud and then have it basically stuck there. Thanks
Additional resets can be done by opening a ticket of type ‘Customer Service and Billing’.
