If I do a queue show I see this line on one of my queues. How to I remove it?
6500 has 0 calls (max unlimited) in ‘rrmemory’ strategy (0s holdtime), W:0, C:0, A:0, SL:0.0% within 0s

No Callers
The phone that is attached to Zap 25 I did a 6500** to try to log out of the queue but that did not work. I tried removing the extension and readding as well. It also show up yellow on the fop as logged into the queue.
Any suggestions on getting it removed from the queue?
