Hello, i’m try install lftp and terminal gives error yum.
Also tried to update the system from version 15 to 16 also gave an error.

How was the system installed? Are you using the FreePBX Distro?

Distro comes with tftp installed by default. You control it in sysadmin, it’s diabled on first install. You need to revert whatever changes you’ve done to add custom rpm repos.
Unless you’re using ancient phones that only support provisioning via tftp, you’re better off using anything else.
