You are running an old version of EPM. You must either upgrade Endpoint Manager to current OR remove the Extension Mapping entry for this user/extension and re-add it after Sangoma Connect has been enabled

I renewed endpoint and it’s current. Tried removing mapping and get this message. Any ideas?

What version of EPM are you using?

fwconsole ma list | grep endpoint

The current edge version of EPM is 15.0.41.41. If an upgrade is not getting you, you can install directly with

fwconsole ma downloadinstall endpoint --tag 15.0.41.41

This solved the issue. Why when I run fwconsole ma updateall would it not do the same thing?
