Yealink W60P blind transfer doesn't work for me on FreePBX

I just configured a W60P DECT phone on FreePBX, and for whatever reason blind transfer doesn’t work. When I tell it to transfer, it ends the call for a few seconds, then it calls me back with the call I was trying to transfer.

Attended transfer works as intended. The base is running the latest firmware.
