Yealink T42G better quality than T23G?

Have you noticed significant differences between Yealink T42G and T23G phones when it comes to call and hardware quality?

Or are the differences mainly related to more features, better look and better display?

The thing is I have issue with call quality on my T23G phones and I don’t know how much of that is related to the phones themselves and would be fixed by switching to a higher quality phone, or if I just have to look elsewhere to fix the problem.

I have a T41 and T28 on my desk and find no material differences in sound quality between them. Build quality is similar, the T4x series have a more modern form factor but I don’t see much more of a difference than that.

Unless you have a defective device, I doubt your audio issue is phone related.
