That’s great! Out of curiosity when you made that change under Advanced Settings, so the picked up or returned calls that were parked display both the parking slot number and the caller ID? We required both for our receptionists that manage them via FOP2. Out of the box they didn’t display both of these elements. I looked in my config and I have this set to Yes by default.
