Yealink & FreePBX VPN - Registration Error

Hi all,
I have 20 Yealink T58A phones that are connecting to my FreePBX VPN. I can see that the VPN is connected and I can ping the phone from the PBX, but the phones will not register.
I suspect I have missed something with where the phone needs to register to.

Should the phone be registering to the 10.xx.xx.xx or the 192.xx.xx.xx?

Phone should be registering to 10.8.0.1
