XMPP not refreshing users

Hi,
I have a server with XMPP running without issues. I can chat perfectly, The only thing i have issue with is this:
I changed the user name in the extension and user management but in XMPP it is not refreshing.
I tried to reload the server, tried to restart XMPP module, but nothing seems to do the job.

Am i doing something wrong?
