XMPP commercial module

Hi.

I purchased the xmpp commercial module. It looks like it is active, but on the system status screen it says: xmpp presence daemon presence.php is stopped. I also don’t see a option to create users for the xmpp in the extensions section. FreePBX 12.0.21, firmware version PBX Firmware: 5.211.65-13. Could someone please advise me on this?

xmpp presence daemon presence.php is stopped

You can restart that by running: amportal restart

However you have to have prosody installed and running for it to do anything

I also don’t see a option to create users for the xmpp in the extensions section

You do this in user manager.
