XML subsections basefile edit [EPM]

I’m trying to add some lines in the basefile of my Cisco’s SPA122s because I want to add some QoS in them.

QoS is in sections
QoS_Bandwidth_Control
WAN

I would like to know if there is anyway to do it (adding sections)
