when trying to login on a phone I am getting “Failed to load XML file”
This is on sangoma s500 handsets
I can logout, enter a username and password, but when I press the done key then the message comes up.
any help appreciated
Sounds like you have outdated firmware that does not support our XML apps. What firmware are you using?
I’ve actually just cracked it.
In the Modules -> Phone Apps -> End Point Manager
User Manager authentication needed changing to no to allow the default user password set in the EPM!
