XML-API not showing up in Endpoint manager Options

When Configuring the template in Endpoint manager the XML-API option is not showing up. I am using a PBXact unit but I have confirmed we have the 3rd party license installed.

Any Ideas?

Resolved. This was an issue with the .18 update for the PBXact systems it seems. The Phone Apps, Contact manager and a couple others were in Disabled Status Pending Update.

Manually updated them and everything is now working
