X'ing out messages on the System Overview from command line

I’m making a script for upgrading multiple servers in the cloud, they are all equal. Is there a way to remove messages on the graphical user interface from the command line?

For example:

OpenCNAM Requires Authentication - x
Missing HTML5 format converters - x
4 New Modules are available - x
Symlink Conflict Resolved - x

The new modules message is over a year old, doesn’t disappear even though all modules are up to date. But that’s off the point.

We’re talking about 40+ servers. That’s over 160 manual clicks on x.
