Hello All,
I have the Xact broadcast module and its working well except the DIAL PATTERN option in the campaign.
It seems to only be attempting what is input for a number excluding the value I put in the dial pattern field in the campaign.
Does anyone know if this feature has stopped working? maybe I am doing something wrong.
For example in my list my phone number is xxxxxxxxxx and in dial pattern, I insert 21 meaning the outbound call should go to 21xxxxxxxxxx but all my logs just show xxxxxxxxxx
