In the xact dialer, the call list includes a field for the name. Is there a way to have this appear as the caller ID when I have the destination being an extension so I know who I’m about to talk to?
Anyone think this is possible? I’d really like it to be and would pay for your time!
Its not a feature at this time in that module. You can open a request at support.schmoozecom.com under the Sales Department asking for a price to add this.
