I have x-lite 3 and for some odd reason when the I dial a company that need me to enter an extion it does not work
It just keeps with the voice message and final gets to a voice operate vm box
What does this have to do with FreePBX?
backend is on a free pbx system
it’s most likely a DTMF issue. Check with your SIP trunk provider and see what settings they require, such as “Auto”, “In-Band”, etc.
Or you can just change the settings for your extension until it works.
Actually the settings in your trunk.
“A FreePBX System” is not a responsive answer.
To help we need to know FreePBX, version, if a distro which one and if not what OS and Asterisk version.
