Wrong timezone on freepbx-b after HA upgrade to 13

Upgraded HA to FreepBX 13 and the timezone on freepbx-b is wrong, despite showing correctly on the GUI when freepbx-b is master. We are EST 2016.

[root@freepbx-b ~]# date
Mon Feb 22 16:45:02 UTC 2016

The time looks right - 16:45 UTC is 11:45 EST.

I’m not sure I understand what you are asking for.

One of our machines is set to the wrong timezone. All the logfiles display time incorrectly.
[root@freepbx-b ~]# date
Mon Feb 22 17:10:57 UTC 2016

On the machine that is correct it is:
[root@freepbx-a ~]# date
Mon Feb 22 12:13:09 EST 2016
