Sometimes the wrong messages are deleted. For example, say I have 10 messages. When I go to the user control panel and check boxes 3,4,5 and 8 and hit the delete icon, messages 3,4,5 and 10 are delete. I took a screenshot before in case i had the wrong boxes checked but that was not the case. Is there a way to fix this. I usually have the messages forwarded to my email so al is not lost.
If you have several messages and just choose to delete just one non-sequential message at the higher end of the count, what happens?
I will have to play with it. What numbers do you want me to delete?
for example , If you have 1 2 4 6 , delete 4
I second this. Have users reporting the wrong messages getting deleted.
