Wrong error announcement

When I called a number that has been change or no longer in service (430)713-4607, I getting a message “All Circuit are Busy Now. Please try your call gain later.” followed by busy signal. How do I announce the correct message because the other message is creating a problem. (creating more unnecessary support tickets)

There’s not a lot of selection, but you can set failure announcements at Route Connection Messages.
