my customer recognized, that the date-format in the UCP, that displays the date of the incoming messages is in a wrong format:
its like this: 10/08/2016 11:56:41am
…but, this is from 8th october 2016, not as expected from 10th. august - so this format does not following any regular date-format present worldwide 
can we somehow fix this?
