Wrong call duration on FreePBX CDR

hello.

im having a problem with the call duration in the cdr in freepbx. the timer starts when the call is initiated and not when the call is picked up. the makes the billing for users very difficult… please help!!!

I am using an analogue PSTN line as trunk with the help of Voip to PSTN gateway (SPA3102).
