Would Module Admin upgrades made since 2/13/17 cause outbound fax failures?

Just wondering if the outbound faxing issues we faced today would have anything to do with the Module Admin updates since yesterday, 2/13/17

One place sends out 3-4 hundred faxes a day. Today they had 100’s of failed faxes. Normally they experience only a handful of failed faxes.

In another instance, while on the phone and ssh’d to the servers, could see the connection made to upstream provider, but the UDPTL packets were not flowing. Hence the ‘failed’ fax. Normally, when watching this sort of thing with:

cli> udptl set debug on

2017-02-14 14:55:40] VERBOSE[1933][C-0000031a] netsock2.c: Using UDPTL TOS bits 184
[2017-02-14 14:55:40] VERBOSE[1933][C-0000031a] netsock2.c: Using UDPTL CoS mark 5
[2017-02-14 14:55:40] VERBOSE[30157][C-0000031a] netsock2.c: Using UDPTL TOS bits 184
[2017-02-14 14:55:40] VERBOSE[30157][C-0000031a] netsock2.c: Using UDPTL CoS mark 5

Then the packets stop.

Not sure if the are related to the failing outbound faxes:

chan_sip.c:30831 build_peer: ‘’ is not a valid RTP hold time at line 0. Using default.
chan_sip.c:30680 build_peer: no value given for outbound proxy on line 0 of sip.conf

Thanks.

Nope. But you can always roll back
