But neither the instruction NOR the popup explains is this time in seconds, minutes or hours.
I’m assuming its seconds but as a suggestion this should be added to either the definition at the top OR the 3 popup help sections

Isnt TRAC just for code changes?

Those help menus on the module are art of the code. If it is in a module it is part of the code.
