With follow me enabled and initial ring time set to “0”, the called extension rings once before the call proceeds with the follow me list.
Is there a way to have the called extension not ring at all?
Just because you hear the ring, does not mean that the system is not also following the rule and initiating a ring elsewhere.
Have you looked at a call log for this?
