With CW disabled i cant heat busy tony but a voice of "number not in use"

I have disabled the CW from all extensions but when I call a busy extension I do not hear the busy tone but a voice that says “the phone number is not in one”. Where did I go wrong?

Logs will tell you exactly how you got there.

My guess: without CW, your busy phone should go to VM, and if the VM-box isn’t set up, you will get that error. If you want a busy signal, send the call to “terminate call -> Busy Signal”.

the VoiceMail is disabled but i listen the message. Where i put the call into Terminate call? In FollowMe Section or Advanced Section? Thanks in advacen

In the maintine i’ve noticed that between CW of pbx and Phone the priority is for phone
