Will adding a repository mess with my 13 to 14 upgrade?

Hello all,

I’d like to upgrade to Freepbx 14 (Currently running the latest version of 13) but want to image my system first in case the upgrade fails. I was planning on installing Mondorescue but this needs a custom repo. Will having this software installed or repo enabled cause issues with the upgrade to Freepbx 14 and or Centos 7?

I decided to use Acronis booted from a USB flash drive along with an external USB Drive to clone before upgrading.
