Why my IVR not working

Hello All,

I am running AsteriskNow 1.7.1 + FreePBX 2.7.0.10

why my IVR not working?

I already uploaded the wav and it tested and it ran properly (PCM encoded,16bits, 8000hz)
I created an IVR named IVRTest and I setted Announcement to wav

I created inbound routes named “inbound_external” with DID number 1 (I also have created the ZAP Channel DID)
and set its destination to IVRTest…

but why the IVR not working? … (it does not play the wav and so on)

please help

hmmm share: this is because the file format and limited to PCM encoded, 16bits, 8000hz … and the not support long voice recorded … just make them into some parts
