As the subject states, why are conference call recordings saved in: /var/lib/asterisk/sounds on FreePBX 126.96.36.199? In my opinion, the conference recordings should be accessible via web interface but they are not. Is there a plan to fix this in future releases of FreePBX? Does anyone know of a solution for this in the interim? Thank you in advance for the help!
Reasonable question, other than, who cares where they are stored as long as one could get to them from the web interface.
Do a “Report Bug/Feature” to your right, or http://www.freepbx.org/trac/newticket
and ask that such be added somewhere down the road.

However, I believe it’s important to save the Conference Call Recordings in the same folder location and hierarchy as the Call Monitor & Voicemail Recordings: “/var/spool/asterisk/monitor” & Year(s)–>Month(s)–>Day(s) (for consistency sake and to avoid any confusion…like we are experiencing now).
