How many analog phone lines do you have?

Zap is the interface to POTS. POTS lines accept a single connection, so if your subject is correct (when someone is using my one phone line, I can’t use it), I’d say you’ve found your problem.

From the log entry, it looks like you have two POTS line groups (g1 and g2). Are they both trying to use the same physical phone line? Are there more than 2 lines in each group?

Without knowing how many lines you have in your Zap groups, I can’t really tell what the problem is.

I only have two lines

i have two POTS lines and two analogs extensions but I don’t think they are not trying to use the same physical line, but if they did, is there any way to check that out?
